Book Discussions

 

All 3 South Kingstown Public Libraries hold monthly book discussions for adults, children, and teens that are free of charge and open to all interested readers. Copies of the books are available at the Library a month before the discussion. Titles are listed (by date) on our Calendar of Events. Click here for booklists.

Beyond Words Book Group:

2nd Wednesday of the month, 7:30 PM; does not meet July and August

Brown Bag Book Group

1st Thursday of the month, 12:00-1:00 PM, 12 months a year

The Center Book Group

2nd Wednesday of the month, 10:30 AM, 12 months a year; at the South Kingstown Senior Center

Children's Book Group

Meets once a month, 4:00-4:45; call for dates

1st Tuesday of the month, 7:00 PM, 12 months a year

3rd & 4th Grade Book Group Meets once a month; call for dates

5th & 6th Grade Book Group Meets once a month; call for dates

6th-8th Grade Guys Read Meets once a month on a Thursday afternoon; call for dates

7th-9th Grade Book Group

1st Thursday of each month from 4:00-4:45 PM

Mother-Daughter Book Group Meets once a month on a Saturday, 11:30 AM--12:30 PM; call for dates

Bookmarks Book Group

Last Thursday of the month, 7:00 PM, from October through May (the May meeting is a potluck and begins at 6:30).

4th--6th Grade Book Group

meets one Tuesday afternoon each month, 4:00-4:45 PM (call for dates)
