Ask the Reference Desk by E-mail
Reference staff at the South Kingstown Public Libraries will respond to straightforward, factual questions, usually within 2 business days, via e-mail. If you have a more complicated question, or need a faster response, please call (783-4085, xt 108, Peace Dale; 783-8254, Kingston; 783-5386, Hale) or visit us in person.
When composing your question, please include your name, the date, and your e-mail address. Then, make it as specific as possible. For example, instead of "I have a question about American history", try to narrow it down to something like "I need to know who was Vice President in 1814." We will provide the best answer we can find and tell you the sources we have consulted. If we can't answer it, we will give you a referral.
