Friends of the Peace Dale Library
The Friends of the Peace Dale Library will hold their Spring Book Sale on Saturday, April 13, from 9 AM to 2 PM, in the Meeting Room of the Library, at 1057 Kingstown Rd., Peace Dale RI 02879.
A wide assortment of books, movies, music, and more will be available at bargain prices. Bring non-perishable food for the Jonnycake Center Food Pantry and receive a free book of your choice!
All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Peace Dale Library, who support Library programming for children, teens, and adults, and provide supplemental library materials.

Proceeds from our events make possible a wide array of programs and services. Funds are raised through book and bake sales and merchandise, such as the Friends of the Peace Dale Library golf umbrella ($15), insulated bpa-free drink cup ($10), canvas tote bags ($10), and clip-on book lights ($5).
Your contributions and purchases mean a lot to the Library. Over the last year, donations from the Friends have yielded: * New library materials, including DVD's, large print books, music CD's, audio books, young adult novels, and children's science books * Summer Reading Programs including storytellers, singers, and demonstrations * Adult programs with speakers, musicians, and guest authors. * Evening Book Discussions. * Afternoon Book Discussions. * Passes to local attractions. * Software for the Online Events Calendar.
