Museum Passes

Have a day out at an area attraction, for a free or reduced admission, using a pass from one of the South Kingstown Public Libraries! Destinations, and where to pick up the passes, are listed below.  (Not every library has every pass. See below for specifics.)

Passes are checked out on your library card and must be returned within 24 hours. The passes may not be reserved more than a day ahead. There is a $2.00 late fee per pass per day. If the library is closed when you arrive to return a pass, you may put it in the book drop near the front door.

Passes are generously provided by Friends of the Peace Dale Library, Friends of the Kingston Free Library, Friends of the Robert Beverly Hale Library, and the South County Women's Club. Any community group is welcome to provide a pass.

Roger Williams Park Zoo. January--June & September--December: Library pass discount rates (for any combination of 4 Adults, Seniors, and Children) are $6.00 per Adult, $4.00 per Senior, and $3.00 per Child. During July and August, discount rates are $9.00 per Adult, $6.00 per Senior, and $5.00 per Child. (Adults are 13-61 years; Children are 3-12 years, and Seniors are 62+ years. Children under 3 years are free.)  Pass is not valid on fundraising exhibits. Prices subject to change.

Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center  in Mystic, Connecticut. This pass provides one family (up to four people) free admission. (Regular admission without the pass is $6.00 adults, $4.00 Seniors, and $4.00 Children 12 and under.) 

Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration. This pass provides discount admission for up to 4 people. September 5--June: Two adults, $13.50 each; Two Children, $9.50 each. July--Sept. 4: Two Adults, $15.75 each; Two Children, $11.25 each. The Child Admission applies to children ages 3-17. 

Mashantucket Pequot Museum. This pass provides a half-price admission for up to 2 adults and 2 children. (Regular adult admission is $15.00/person.)

Audubon Society of Rhode Island Environmental Education Center  in Bristol. This pass provides free admission for 2 adults and 4 children.

Blithewold Mansion, Gardens, and Arboretum in Bristol. This pass is for free admission for 2 adults and 6 children, mid-April through mid-October.
