Can I pay a traffic ticket at the South Kingstown Police Department?
The Police Department cannot accept payment for traffic tickets. Follow instructions given on ticket. Mailing address is:

Why is my license suspended?
You would have to call the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal 401-275-2700 to clarify; there could be a number of reasons a suspension order was issued.

What if I lost my ticket?
We can provide a copy of a ticket and inform motorist of court date. Motorist should call 401-783-3166, ext. 307 or 324.

You can contact the South Kingstown Prosecution Division for information regarding the case or you can also use the Criminal Information Search on the

What will happen if I miss a court date in District Court?
A warrant will be issued for your arrest. For more information please call the 4th District Court at 401-782-4131.

Community service must be done at a nonprofit organization. Examples are:
