Club Meetings, Concerts, Fairs, & Plays
This building served as more than just a courthouse for the residents of Kingston; it was the heart of the community.
It hosted town meetings, political rallies, voting sessions, fairs, and a variety of other special events.

Plays took place in what is now Potter Hall, located on the second floor of this building. While there was a stage originally, it was removed during renovations in the 2000s.

A theatre troupe that frequently performed here was The Kingston Players, made up of locals and URI students.
