Applications for tax exemption on real property for persons 65 years of age and older, with household gross income of less than $39,000, must be filed with the Town Assessor on or before MAY 15, 2022.
Application forms have been mailed to each person who qualified for the exemption in 2021. Persons age 65 as of 12/31/2021, with a household gross income of less than $39,000, may obtain applications and/or a copy of the ordinance by calling the Assessor’s Office at 401-789-9331, extension 1220 or 1221.
