Beach pass applications can be found here - South Kingstown Town Beach | South Kingstown, RI (southkingstownri.gov). If you are purchasing in person, please bring a copy of your car registration and proof of residency if you are seeking the resident rate. Passes can be purchased during regular business hours at the Neighborhood Guild, Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm/Fridays 8am-5pm and will be available at the beach for purchase and pickup once the beach is open. Beach will be opened on weekends only starting 5/25-6/16, then 7 days a week starting 6/17-9/2.
