The Building Code Board of Appeals has a vacancy in the contractor position.
The Building Code Board of Appeals was established by the Town Council on June 27, 1977, in accordance with the State Building Code, to hear appeals from aggrieved parties regarding the interpretation, requirements, direction or failure to act under the State Code by the Building Official.
The Board of Appeals meets regularly throughout the year, to hear appeals of decisions made by the Building Official (usually 3-4 times/year).
