During the month of March - 2024, community members gathered to reimagine the Old Tower Hill Road area as a walkable, vibrant mixed-use neighborhood aligned with Downtown Wakefield’s character. Now, South Kingstown is advancing that vision with the introduction of a a Form-Based Code to guide future growth.
