Final pavement for the ongoing sewer work along Route 138 (Kingstown Road) at URI is planned to begin at 9 pm, Sunday, July 20. All work will be performed at night, from 9 pm to 5 am and should be complete by Wednesday night, weather dependent.. A single lane of traffic is allowed to alternate through the work zone but motorist should still expect delays. This is the final phase of the year-long sewer force main replacement project between the Kingston Pump Station and Upper College Road.
