We have a new friend!
Many of you are familiar with the "snowman" that sits in the lobby of the Neighborhood Guild for many months bringing smiles to those who see him. Well as the story goes, a few days ago, when it snowed for just a few minutes, a new snowman friend appeared......a distant cousin of Waldo. Though lost and a bit cold, we warmed him up and made him feel at home. It appears he wants to stay and explore South Kingstown. The problem is we don’t know his name! We need your help in naming him! Submit your name idea to us via email (clarlham@southkingstownri.com) or through our South Kingstown Parks and Recreation Facebook page. We will let you know what names were submitted and what we chose. Then watch out, the game is about to begin! Stay tuned for the details, but we can assure you it is going to be fun.
