Effective immediately, the Rose Hill Regional Transfer Station will begin charging a flat fee for residential waste oil discharge. Residents of South Kingstown and Narragansett (only) can bring up to 5 gallons of oil and 4 oil filters for disposal per trip. Proof of residency is required. No commercial oil or filters allowed.
