Portions of Kingstown Rd. between North Rd. and just northwest of the rotary are scheduled to be milled between 7am - 3pm on Friday, November 18th. ALL BUSINESSES WILL REMAIN OPEN, and local traffic to the businesses and residences will be permitted, but through traffic will not be allowed. Railroad St. will be open all day, although you may only be allowed to take a right or left onto Kingstown Rd., depending on where the milling is occurring.
