Join us for a seated exercise class that is designed to improve your flexibility, balance, & strength. Learn simple breathing strategies to relax your mind & body, along with guided relaxation body scanning, and meditation. This hour-long class will run on Thursdays at 10 AM for 4 weeks, from July 10-August 7. There will be no class on July 24. This program cost $35 for the 4-week session.
