The Town of South Kingstown is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new interactive online map viewer! Powered by AxisGIS and CAI Technologies, this mapping platform is replacing our previous WebGIS platform, which has served the Town well but is ready to be retired.
This state-of-the-art platform provides residents, businesses, and visitors with easy access to a wide range of town data through an intuitive, modern mapping interface.
AxisGIS is lightning fast, with more data layers than the previous WebGIS, including 25 aerial photo basemaps. It has many features which allow users to view, query, and create maps. AxisGIS offers users the ability to:
- Utilize powerful search and mapping tools to find and locate properties
- Access detailed property assessment information
- Generate abutters lists for mailings
- View and explore various town data layers, including parcels, zoning, and infrastructure
- Easy access to VISION CAMA Field Cards
- Link to tax assessor plat maps and zoning maps
- Direct link to OpenGov permitting system
- Send links to other users by email
- Use measurement tools and markup maps
- Print maps and/or save as a pdf
