The Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce that the playground replacement at Fagan Park is complete and Tuckertown Park is awaiting final touches in the coming weeks.
Fagan Park located directly adjacent to the William O'Neill Bike Path, now features a brand-new play structure designed to inspire young visitors to climb, slide, explore, and learn through play. The park also includes a new swing set with two traditional swings for older children and a tot swing for younger ones—offering fun for all ages to enjoy!
These improvements were made possible through funding from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), authorized by the South Kingstown Town Council.
We appreciate the public's cooperation and understanding while the Tuckertown play area remains closed for a new access path and additional tot swings.
