Motor vehicle tax bills will be mailed to vehicle owners after the General Assembly approves the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 State Budget, hopefully in November.
The approval of the State Budget determines how motor vehicles will be assessed and taxed based on the approved motor vehicle phase-out guidelines.
