The applicant is proposing to construct ten (10) 1-bedroom dwelling units above the existing nine (9) commercial units located on the first floor at the subject property. The units are proposed to include eight (8) market rate apartments and two (2) deed restricted for affordable occupancy.
| Current Status: | The Combined Conceptual Master and Preliminary Plan for this project is scheduled to be reviewed by the Technical Review Committee (TRC) on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. Once TRC review is complete the application will be scheduled for a Public Hearing with the Planning Board at their next available agenda.
