All work related to Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing permits must be inspected.
  
To schedule inspections please contact the Building Official's office at (401) 789-9331 ext. 1225. 

• Building Inspections are conducted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and  Friday (excluding Holidays)      No Building Inspections on Wednesdays
• Electrical Inspections are conducted Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Holidays)
• Mechanical & Plumbing Inspections are conducted Tuesday & Thursday (excluding Holidays)              At least 24 hours notice is preferred. 

Specific times cannot be scheduled, however, on the day of the scheduled inspection the resident and/or contractor can call the office after 8:30 am for an approximate time frame.

                             All Inspections must be called into the Building Official's office to be scheduled,                               NO inspections can be scheduled online through the Online Permitting System
