Applications from individual service providers are collected annually as part of the State's Competitive Application Process. South Kingston publishes notice in the local newspaper when the schedule for annual applications has been set. The Town also provides direct notice to those organizations which have sought funding in the past. The Town then applies to the State of Rhode Island Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) for funding.
